Artículo 133. Para la operación del Dispositivo Nacional de Emergencia de Sanidad Animal, la Secretaría establecerá en las entidades federativas, grupos estatales de emergencia de sanidad animal, los cuales serán convocados conforme a los planes de emergencia previamente establecidos, mediante disposiciones de sanidad animal.
