Artículo 67. El certificado zoosanitario de importación será expedido por personal oficial de la Secretaría en el punto de ingreso al país, para las mercancías enlistadas en el artículo 24 de la Ley, cuando quien las pretenda importar haya dado cumplimiento a los requisitos o a la hoja de requisitos zoosanitarios.
