Artículo 70. La tripulación y pasajeros que viajen por vía área, marítima o terrestre, así como transeúntes que pretendan ingresar al país mercancías reguladas, tendrán la obligación de presentar ante el personal oficial de la Secretaría las mercancías y cumplir con lo señalado en el artículo 62 de este Reglamento.
