# REGLAMENTO de la Ley Federal de Seguridad Privada - Artículo 65

Artículo 65.- Es improcedente el procedimiento para la aplicación de sanciones cuando:

I.	Los hechos, acciones o abstenciones que hayan sido materia de una resolución pronunciada con anterioridad, y

II.	Se incoe en contra de personas físicas o morales que no presten servicios de seguridad privada.
