Artículo 117. Los interesados en obtener el Dictamen de Efectividad Biológica presentarán al SENASICA, los estudios de Efectividad Biológica que ésta determine, de acuerdo a los requisitos y especificaciones establecidas en las Disposiciones Legales Aplicables.
