Artículo 133. La Secretaría promoverá y coordinará la participación interinstitucional del Ejecutivo Federal con autoridades estatales y municipales, así como con agrupaciones civiles, organizaciones agrícolas y forestales, para la ejecución de las Medidas Fitosanitarias establecidas en el Dispositivo Nacional de Emergencia de Sanidad Vegetal.
