Artículo 14. El CONACOFI tiene por objeto ser el órgano nacional de consulta en materia de Sanidad Vegetal y apoyará a la Secretaría en la formulación, desarrollo y evaluación de las Medidas Fitosanitarias, en términos de este Reglamento.
