Artículo 15. El CONACOFI estará integrado por la Secretaría, así como por las secretarías de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales; de Economía y de Salud, y por las organizaciones, instituciones y demás personas a que se refiere el artículo 17 de la Ley.

El CONACOFI contará con los órganos siguientes:

I.	La Junta Directiva, y

II.	Grupos de trabajo.
