Artículo 18. La Junta Directiva del CONACOFI tendrá las funciones siguientes:

I.	Analizar y, en su caso, aprobar las recomendaciones formuladas por los grupos de trabajo;

II.	Analizar las diversas iniciativas que sean presentadas por el secretario ejecutivo;

III.	Emitir las reglas de operación del CONACOFI, y

IV.	Analizar y, en su caso, aprobar la propuesta del programa de actividades específicas del CONACOFI.
