Artículo 21. El secretario técnico de la Junta Directiva del CONACOFI tendrá las funciones siguientes:

I.	Cumplir con las obligaciones contables y jurídicas que el puesto requiera, y

II.	Llevar y tener al corriente el registro contable del CONACOFI.
