Artículo 29. Las funciones de los COCESFI estarán orientadas a coadyuvar con el CONACOFI en la aplicación de Medidas Fitosanitarias en las entidades federativas, teniendo un alcance exclusivamente local y circunscribiéndose a su jurisdicción territorial.
