Artículo 38. Corresponderá a la Secretaría difundir, por los medios que estime convenientes, la Condición Fitosanitaria del país, en función del análisis de la información registrada y recopilada en las acciones de vigilancia epidemiológica fitosanitaria y Análisis de Riesgo de Plagas.
