Artículo 76. El Tratamiento fitosanitario aplicado, como Medida Fitosanitaria a Mercancías Reguladas, tanto para la Movilización nacional, importación o exportación, se podrá verificar por la Secretaría o por Unidades de Verificación aprobadas por la Secretaría.
