Artículo 97. Las personas que pretendan ingresar a Zonas Libres, con Vegetales, Productos y Subproductos Vegetales, o cualquier Mercancía Regulada y provengan de una zona bajo Cuarentena, deberán cumplir con las Medidas Fitosanitarias que se establezcan en la Cuarentena.
