ARTICULO 245.- Recibida la inconformidad o reclamación y el expediente o informe de la autoridad inferior, si fué interpuesta aquélla en tiempo, se admitirá, dictando las providencias que la autoridad revisora estime necesarias, a fin de que en un lapso perentorio dicte su fallo.
