Artículo 54. Para efectos de la coordinación a que se refiere el artículo 8 de la Ley, podrán celebrarse acuerdos interinstitucionales con las autoridades competentes aeroportuarias, marítimas o terrestres, de tal forma que éstas emitan un aviso oportuno del arribo de los transportes que contengan mercancía regulada por la Secretaría.
