Artículo 71. La Secretaría podrá otorgar el servicio de inspección y certificación fuera del horario oficial, previo aviso mínimo de 24 horas, siempre y cuando el importador justifique que por cuestiones de logística no es posible presentar la solicitud del trámite de expedición del certificado zoosanitario para importación en los días y horas hábiles, y se disponga de personal oficial.
