Artículo 387 de Ley Federal De Protección A La Propiedad Industrial

Artículo 387.- Para efectos del artículo anterior se entenderá por “usar”, de manera enunciativa más no limitativa: el fabricar, producir, imitar, almacenar, distribuir, importar, exportar, ofrecer en venta, vender, transportar o poner en circulación.
